Privacy Policy

Hire Industrial AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, financial, and legal information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use our website, our consumer applications (including SpendSheet), and our enterprise applications (including Redline).

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect remarkably little information compared to traditional SaaS products, given our reliance on edge computing.

1.1 Account Information

• Name and email address — collected during account creation via Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Apple Account ID or Google Account ID — used solely for authentication. We do not access passwords.
• Subscription status — whether you are on the Starter (free), Pro, or Business tier.

1.2 Payment Information

• Apple In-App Purchases: Processed by Apple. We never receive your credit card or Apple Pay details.
• Etsy purchases: Processed by Etsy. We receive only an order confirmation and buyer email.
• Stripe: For web-based purchases on hireind.ai. We do not store full credit card numbers.

1.3 Usage Telemetry

• Anonymized analytics via TelemetryDeck: event names, device type, app version. No cookies, no IP tracking, no profiles.
• Crash logs: Anonymous crash reports containing no financial data.

We never track: transaction amounts, merchant names, spending categories, Google email addresses, location data, search queries, chat content, receipt images, or any financial data in analytics.

1.4 Application Data (Zero Cloud)

All Application Data is processed and stored exclusively on your device:

• Financial transactions
• Receipt images and screenshots
• Voice recordings (discarded immediately after text transcription)
• AI Advisor chat history
• Merchant profiles and tax flags

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this data on our servers. All AI processing runs entirely on your device using Apple Foundation Models.

1.5 Location Data

SpendSheet may request location access for Currency auto-detection or Spending Zones (geofences). Spending Zone coordinates are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or Google Sheets.

1.6 Camera, Microphone, and Photo Library

Camera is used for receipt scanning, microphone for voice logging, and photo library for imports. Raw files are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers.

2. Google API Services

SpendSheet uses Google Sign-In and Google Sheets API to connect your spending data to your personal Google Sheet.

• What We Access: Name, email, profile photo, and restricted (drive.file) access solely to sheets the app creates or you explicitly pick. We don't see anything else in your Drive.
• What We Do NOT Access: Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or broad Drive access. We never store your OAuth refresh token on our servers (it stays in your iOS Keychain).

SpendSheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Ghost Mode (Shared Spending)

Ghost Mode allows Business tier users to share spending data. All shared financial data is end-to-end encrypted.

• Encryption: Curve25519 key agreement + AES-GCM encryption. Our servers store encrypted blobs they cannot read.
• Unpair: Unpairing deletes shared data permanently from our servers.

4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

Since we do not rely on third-party API calls to external LLM providers, your application data exposure is functionally zero. We share minimal account data only with absolute essential infrastructure:

We will not share your account data with law enforcement unless legally compelled. We cannot hand over your receipts or contracts because we do not possess them.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Application Data: Maintained exclusively by you. Deleting the app deletes your local database instances entirely.
• Self-Destruct: In-app feature wipes your database, revokes OAuth, unpairs Ghost Mode, and cleanses the Keychain offline.
• Account Deletion: Email support@hireind.ai to permanently purge your account metadata within 30 days.

6-11. General Disclosures

• Data Security: Protected by iOS Data Protection, Keychain Secure Enclave, and Curve25519 E2EE.
• Children's Privacy: Not directed to children under 13.
• International Transfers: Account data may process in the US via contractual necessity. Financial data never transfers.
• Your Rights: Right to access, correct, delete, or export. We never sell your data (CCPA compliant).
