Hire Industrial AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, financial, and legal information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use our website, our consumer applications (including SpendSheet), and our enterprise applications (including Redline).

1. Information We Collect

We collect remarkably little information compared to traditional SaaS products, given our reliance on edge computing.

• Account & Billing: Name, email address, and payment method details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers).
• Usage Telemetry: High-level, anonymized device diagnostics (e.g., crash logs) to ensure stability. You can opt out of all telemetry sharing.
• Application Data (Zero Cloud): By default, all Application Data (such as voice expense logging in SpendSheet or contract parsing in Redline) is processed locally on your device's architecture using edge-optimized models. We do not collect this data.

2. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

Since we do not rely on third-party API calls to external LLM providers (like OpenAI or Anthropic), your data exposure is functionally zero. We share minimal account data only with absolute essential infrastructure providers like cloud web hosts and payment processors.

We will not share your account data with law enforcement unless legally compelled by a court order. We cannot hand over your financial receipts or legal contracts because we do not possess them.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Application Data: Maintained exclusively by you. Deleting the app from your device deletes your local database instances entirely.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your Hire Industrial AI account at any time. Upon termination, your account metadata is permanently purged within 30 days.
