1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided by Hire Industrial AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Hire Industrial AI provides a software ecosystem utilizing localized machine learning inference ("Local AI"). This includes, but is not limited to, consumer productivity applications (e.g., SpendSheet) and enterprise analytical tools (e.g., Redline) (collectively the "Service"). The defining characteristic of our ecosystem is that generative AI computation occurs strictly on your local hardware rather than transmitted to external cloud servers.
3. AI Disclaimer & Information Symmetries
3.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
Our products utilize generative AI foundation models running directly on your hardware. These models operate probabilistically and may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or misleading information ("Hallucinations"). You acknowledge your absolute responsibility to verify all AI-generated receipt parses, legal extractions, or analytic summaries before acting upon them.
3.2 Not Legal or Financial Advice
Hire Industrial AI is a security-first technology provider; we are not a law firm, nor are we a certified public accountant (CPA). The Service (including SpendSheet and Redline) acts merely as an assistive tool to augment your workflow. It is explicitly not a replacement for human judgment, legal counsel, or professional financial advice.
4. Subscription & Billing
- 4.1 Fees: You agree to pay the recurring subscription fees associated with your software tier.
- 4.2 Payment Authorization: You authorize us (via our secure payment processors like Stripe) to charge your payment method on file.
- 4.3 Refunds: Payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly required by overarching law. You may cancel your active subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
5. User Conduct & Licensing Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software solely on your hardware. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary model weights embedded in our native iOS or macOS applications.
- Use the Service to execute unauthorized, harmful, or maliciously generative code.
- Resell, white-label, or publicly sublicense the Service without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Industrial AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including but not limited to penalties incurred due to incorrect tax logging or contract omissions). In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
