Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the services provided by Hire Industrial AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of our consumer applications (including SpendSheet), enterprise applications (including Redline), websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Description of Service

Hire Industrial AI provides a software ecosystem utilizing localized machine learning inference ("Local AI"). This includes consumer productivity applications (e.g., SpendSheet) and enterprise analytical tools (e.g., Redline). The defining characteristic of our ecosystem is that generative AI computation occurs strictly on your local hardware rather than being transmitted to external cloud servers.

3.1 SpendSheet

SpendSheet is a personal finance tracking application that captures transactions via camera, voice, screenshots, and manual entry, then syncs structured data to a Google Sheet owned and controlled by the user. SpendSheet is a tool for organizing financial information. It is not a bank, payment processor, investment platform, or financial institution.

3.2 Third-Party Dependencies

SpendSheet integrates with third-party services including Apple (App Store, In-App Purchases, Sign in with Apple) and Google (Sign-In, Sheets API, Drive API). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Apple In-App Purchases: Pro and Business subscriptions are auto-renewable via Apple. Apple processes all payments; we never access your payment details. You may cancel via iOS Settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
• Etsy Purchases: Templates are one-time purchases governed by Etsy's buyer protection policies. Redemption codes are single-use and non-transferable.
• Web Purchases: Payments on hireind.ai are processed by Stripe.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models embedded in our applications
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without express written permission
• Share or publicly post SpendSheet Google Sheets templates beyond your personal license
• Attempt to access other users' data, including encrypted Ghost Mode data belonging to others

7-8. Intellectual Property & Accounts

SpendSheet, Redline, software, AI models, templates, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Hire Industrial AI LLC. However, you own your financial data. We claim no ownership over transaction data, receipt images, or information within your Google Sheet.

9. Ghost Mode Terms

Ghost Mode allows encrypted financial data sharing. By using Ghost Mode, you agree you will only pair with consenting individuals. Misuse of Ghost Mode to secretly track, control, or coerce another person's finances is a severe violation of these Terms resulting in immediate termination. Upon unpairing, all shared data is permanently deleted from our servers.

10. Termination

You may delete your account securely using the Self-Destruct feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse of Ghost Mode. Upon termination, your Google Sheet remains in your Drive (we cannot delete it), but all server-side metadata is purged within 30 days.

11. Disclaimers & No Warranties

The service is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or immunity from data loss. You are responsible for your own backups.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hire Industrial AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from inaccurate AI parses, tax penalties, data loss, or third-party outages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

14. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

• Binding Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
• Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in an individual capacity. You may not act as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days by writing to support@hireind.ai.
